So today I have finally gotten round to going to the bank again with all the loose change. Previously I mentioned that they dont have the nifty coin counting machine. So there I went....
Me: I want this cheque and coins deposited into my account.Cashier: Oh..can you put them into these tiny bags? We only accept them in this manner.Me: Okay ( WTF? these bags look cool! I meant.....dammit...count coins again)
So there I went counting coins putting them in lil tiny cool bags of each denomination ( eg: 5 pence coins into 5 pounds etc ). After 10 minutes...
Me: Here they are.
Cashier puts lil bags into these nifty coin weighing machines.
Dammit....why get a weighing machine? get the nifty coin counting machine for pete's sake!
Cashier: We use these machines to check the weight of the coins (like I havent noticed..hmph!). We are too busy to count coins.
I look around and there was an empty silence....too busy? too busy for what? There are no freaking customers except fat me...around.
Moral: All banks MUST have that nifty coin counting machine. All the countries I've been to...only UK doesnt have one....but thats for that particular bank...I'm not sure bout the other banks.
