Day 3: It's Tuesday!!!!


So starts my new diet. Just so you know, till the end of this week, I will be on the liquid diet - which means the nearest solids I can go is as far as tofu fa, steam eggs (chawanmushi-type) and soya milk, milk etc etc.

So here I share with you my meals/snacks today - apart from daily walkabout exercise.

Breakfast:-

Tofu Fa (but only ate half a container)

Lunch

Natural Yogurt (but only ate 100g)
Dinner

Steamed egg (but only ate half of it)

But for the accompaniment mouthwash for dinner - I had Malaysia version of Frozen Mocha Frapuccino (without the toppings) which the recipe was acquired from here.

That sums up today's meals.....quite little - but I do not feel hungry - probably on the more thirsty side (need to drink more water---waterrrr)
